Bobby Bowden

Bobby Bowden served as head coach of the Florida State Seminoles from 1976-2009. Prior to coming to Florida State, he was the head coach at West Virginia from 1970-1975. During his 34 year tenure at Florida State, Bowden only had one losing season. His squads played in 32 bowl games with a .641 win record. He currently holds the record for most career wins and bowl wins by a Division 1 FBS Coach. Bowden was awarded the Bobby Dodd Coach of the Year award after a 10-2 season and No. 5 final ranking. The Seminoles went on to win two national titles in 1993 and 1999 and 12 ACC championships.
